Please contact us to upgrade your shipping to include tracking and insurance.
Items purchased without insurance cannot be replaced or refunded if lost in the mail. We highly recommend upgrading.
Because Express and Priority prices vary greatly, we are happy to provide a custom quote if you are interested upgrading.
***WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR POSTAL DELAYS***
When crossing borders, it is common for postal delays to occur due to parcels being held up at customs, security, etc. This is out of our control and we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries.
If your delivery is late, we ask you to allow 30 business days to pass before we can consider it lost. At that point, if you have tracking, we are happy to contact our postal service to file a claim.
